Year 3: Art

September 23, 2024

Ash class really enjoyed our continuation of exploring and learning about cave art linked with our History topic, The Stone Age. After going on a hunt around school to collect sticks and stones, the children were able to practise mark making to experience how different it felt to a paintbrush.

After this we all had great fun using berries, spices and soil mixed with water to see how they transferred onto our paper. A really (messy) and enjoyable activity.
