Year 6: Computing: 3D Printing

November 08, 2024

Year 6 have reached the end of their unit in Computing this week. We have been using the computing programme Tinkercad to learn more about 3D modelling. The children have designed their own personalised key ring, and have had so much fun watching them being printed on our very own 3D printer!

Thank you Mr Hobern for all of your computing skills in teaching Year 6 how to stay up to date with current technology! We were given a grant by Meet and Code which allowed us to purchase this 3D printer, and cannot wait to use it again.
