Ash class enjoyed our Science lesson where they learnt the importance of protecting their skin and eyes in the sun. We tested SPF strength by using ultraviolet beads and covering them, one with factor 20, 30 and 50. The last didn't have any at all.
The children are now confident in the knowledge that 50 is the most protective.
