We are incredibly proud of Summer, who attended a special awards event held at Barking Town Hall this week.
Summer’s artwork was entered into the Community Anti-Racism Competition and her powerful and thoughtful design stood out amongst hundreds of entries from schools across Barking, Dagenham and Havering. We are delighted to share that Summer was awarded first prize in the 5–8 category - a truly remarkable achievement.
Her winning poster will soon be displayed at Romford Library, allowing the wider community to celebrate her work - something she is understandably very excited about! Well done, Summer!
