Today, the children worked collaboratively in our English lesson where they were presented with a few Stone Age pictures. Firstly the children worked in groups of three to identify the nouns and verbs and we shared these as a class. We then extended this to expanded noun phrases which again, the children worked collaboratively and shared their ideas aloud. Our final independent class was to write simple sentences in books.
