Mind of the Parent Programme @ the Family Centre

The last session of this current programme will take place next Tuesday 25^th March when the team will focus on how we as parents can support our children with exam stress without becoming too stressed ourselves!  

As usual, coffee will be served from 9.15 am with parking available at New City College opposite the Family Centre in Ardleigh Green Road.

 

Please do also come along to our next Hub Meeting on April 1^st where as well as receiving support and advice from a range of professionals, parents can learn more about the parenting courses currently available at the Family Centre.
