Congratulations to PEAR class for excellent attendance for the week before the half term break - almost perfect!
With the DfE setting our target for attendance at 96%, only half of our classes were able to reach this before half term and our overall attendance figure was below our target too!
Regular school attendance plays a vital role in helping children feel settled, confident and ready to learn. When pupils are in school every day, they benefit not only academically, but also socially and emotionally, building friendships, routines and resilience.
