There are some days that really stand out – and yesterday was definitely one of them!
I had the absolute pleasure of attending the Junior Music Festival alongside Mr Linham and our fantastic Junior School choir. The day began with morning rehearsals, building up to an incredible afternoon performance in front of parents and even the Mayor!
We were joined by choirs from a number of other schools, each of whom gave brilliant performances – both individually and as part of a massed ensemble. It was a true celebration of musical talent and teamwork.
Our own choir were simply outstanding. Their rendition of Bye Bye Bye by N-Sync was full of energy and enthusiasm – they really did us proud. I was a very proud Headteacher indeed!
A huge well done to all our choir members and a big thank you to Mr Linham for his hard work in preparing them for this special event
