Our maths project this week is 'design a park'! The children have looked at non negotiables for a park and discussed how to make an area safe and encourage fitness for local residents.
The first task was having a £15,000 budget to spend on park equipment.
Today willow class have used their maths skills to spend their budget. There has been a lot of bartering and asking for special discounts as the children have realised just how expensive things are!
