This week, Year 3 went to Colchester Castle to extend their learning about the Iron Age Celts and Romans. Seeing the castle and finding out how it was built was very interesting, as were the stories of what life was like in Colchester hundreds of years ago. We even tried to build our own Roman Villa and Celtic round house.
